Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index leads market

Hong Kong''s Hang Seng Index (HSI) rose 257.99 points to close at 23,179.55, leading Asian markets on Tuesday, while the Chinese benchmark Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index (SHCOMP) also added 3.20 points to finish at 2,092.91.
